OFFICE ASSISTANT
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for co-coordinating many aspects within the department. From general administrative duties to event planning for all areas of the business. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: · Greet walk-in guests · Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls taking messages as required. · Provide special support for projects as required. · Assist in the development and deployment of marketing materials to support the retail team · Support administrative activities for the department · Obtaining and updating information as required ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS · Excellent written and oral communication in English · Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Strong organization skills · Must be a detail oriented individual · A positive collaborative attitude is a must · Educational background in Marketing or Administration is an asset SALES MANAGERS The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store while assisting the retail team, directing and coaching them as needed. You will also have to be a very organized, responsible and reliable individual with excellent communications skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must. RESPONSIBILITIES
