FULL TIME JUNIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK

 
Accounting clerk required to prepare commissions.  Must be motivated, accurate and detail oriented. Experience with Microsoft Excel, accounting and spreadsheet programs are a must.

 


 

OFFICE ASSISTANT

 

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for co-coordinating many aspects within the department. From general administrative duties to event planning for all areas of the business.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

·    Greet walk-in guests

·    Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls taking messages as required.

·    Provide special support for projects as required.

·    Assist in the development and deployment of marketing materials to support the retail team

·    Support administrative activities for the department

·    Obtaining and updating information as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

·    Excellent written and oral communication in English

·    Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·    Strong organization skills

·    Must be a detail oriented individual

·    A positive collaborative attitude is a must

·    Educational background in Marketing or Administration is an asset



  

SALES MANAGERS

 

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store while assisting the retail team, directing and coaching them as needed. You will also have to be a very organized, responsible and reliable individual with excellent communications skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Drive the sales of products and services by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after
  • sales service.
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions and policies

 

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-3 years progressive retail management experience
    Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
  • Ability to build, develop and motivate a strong sales team
  • Proven ability to recruit, select and retain talent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts within retail

hours of operations

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset
  • Passion for sales and the telecommunications industry
