1) Text Message Charges

Effective July 7, 2009, unless customers subscribe to a plan, bundle or pack that includes text messaging, customers will be charged for all non-premium received text messages at a pay-per-use rate of $0.15 each (plus applicable taxes).

 
You can save up to 61% and enjoy UNLIMITED received text messages^ when you subscribe to a text messaging plan, messaging bundle or Value Pack.  Just email us danish@pcscanada.com your name, cell number, postal code and which value pack you like, we can then add it to your account.  Plan will be added within 24hrs. We will send you an email for confirmation. Very simple!!

3) How many TV do you have in your house?

A separate Digital Terminal is required on each TV outlet if you would like to view Digital programming on different TV sets. There is no charge for additional programming on different TV sets. In addition, at no additional cost, you will continue to receive your regular Analog Cable TV channels on TV outlets that do not have a Digital Terminal hooked up.

5) Do I have to buy a Digital TV to receive Digital Cable?

No. One of the benefits of a digital terminal is that it converts a digital signal to accommodate your current TV. Because of this feature, you will be able to enjoy many more years of service from your current television, without having to buy an expensive Digital TV.
