Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your Rogers/Fido device, you can return (or exchange) it, provided you meet the following return criteria:

  • Return period:
    • In store purchase at a Retail store – Within 15 days from purchase date.
  • Return condition:
    • Product is in its original condition with all accessories.
    • Must not have any physical or moisture damage.
    • Device passwords and locks are removed.
    • Used Headsets/earpieces and used SIM cards are not refundable*
    • Restocking Fee may apply If any in items are missing/damaged or used
